Creative solutions for the development of small and medium-size enterprises and entrepreneurship
The Aalto University School of Business, Small Business Center offers creative solutions covering the whole life cycle of entrepreneurship for the development of SMEs and the creating of new ventures. Our main activities include academic continuing education, research, development, innovation activities as well as the business incubator with pre-incubator activities.
The clientele of our continuing education includes the upper management, owner-entrepreneurs, staff of SMEs and persons interested in entrepreneurship. Our offering also include training and development services for the managers and staff of public organizations. We also provide training for teachers in the area of entrepreneurship pedagogy.
For the development of business know-how and entrepreneurship we offer training, development and research on the following subjects, among others:
- entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education
- management and leadership
- strategy
- sales, marketing and customer relationships
- business economics
- internationalization and international cultures
